Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the butcher shop • Lead, train, and manage staff, including rostering • Ensure high standards in meat preparation, quality, and display • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards • Manage stock control, ordering, and minimise waste • Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales
Requirements: • Previous experience in a butcher shop or meat industry (essential) • Strong knowledge of different meat cuts • Proven leadership or management experience (essential) • Good English communication skills (spoken & written) • Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented • Honest with strong work ethics • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
