大家好，Mawson Lakes有一间三居室公寓里有一间空房。公寓有1个浴室，现代化厨房配有洗碗机，以及中央空调。租户可以使用大楼内的健身房和游泳池设施。
公寓地理位置便利，距离Mawson换乘站和南澳大学（UniSA）都不到10分钟的路程。同时步行距离内有购物中心和餐饮选择。空房部分家具齐全，不包括床。但如果有需要，可以提供单人床。
关键信息：
- Room is available from November 12th (inclusive)
- Minimum stay length is 6 months.
- You will share the apartment with 2 full-time worker men (including me).
- Rent is 195/week. WiFi, and water are included.
- Electricity is included up to 110 AUD per month. Any costs exceeding this amount will be split among the tenants.
- Some other basic amenities are included such as tissue paper, and some cleaning products.
- House rules: -no smoking, -no pets allowed, -no overnight guest.
ABOUT THE FLATMATES
I work at UniSA and spend most of my time at the office. I like board and trading card games, so happy to play with you if that's your thing. I'm also interested in movies and anime, and I'm a big fan of Colombian coffee.
The second flatmate is a friendly pilot, working full-time.
We are in search of a friendly, organized individual to join our home. The place is ideal for students as it is very close to UniSA.
